The staff were very helpful with dinner recommendations. the room was really comfortable! and it had great air conditioning. Plus, the location was near st mark's and a water bus stop for easy transport from the airport.
The receptionist continually gave us incorrect keys when i asked for ours. this made me uncertain about leaving the keys there again. I thought anyone could request our key.

the staff was so kind helping me with my luggage upon arrival. i found a perfect location near all major attractions. the room had blackout shutters which helped with sleep a lot. the hotel even arranged a water taxi for my early departure.
the hallways did get a bit warm sometimes, but it was manageable.

I was so annoyed by the lack of soundproofing! I could hear EVERYTHING the other guests were doing. Their conversations and bathroom visits were disruptive. The decor was also tired and shabby. Breakfast was not included. That was a HUGE disappointment!
